Leydig Cell Tumors of the Testis with Massive Calcification- A Case Report and Literature Review

Leydig cell tumors (LCTs) are rare testicular neoplasms that arise from Leydig cells in the testicular interstitium. These tumors are typically benign and often secrete testosterone, leading to hormonal symptoms. Ossification within these tumors, although rare, can occur and may complicate the clinical and histological diagnosis. We report the case of a 24-year-old male who presented with a left testicular mass and was ultimately diagnosed with a LCT with extensive ossification; we discuss the clinical, pathological, and therapeutic aspects of this case.
