All content published in the Caucasian Medical Journal is protected under copyright laws. Authors submitting manuscripts are required to sign and submit the Copyright Agreement Form alongside their submission. By signing this form, authors agree that, upon acceptance for publication, their article will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, third parties may copy, distribute, and reuse published content, provided that:

  • BY (Attribution): Proper credit is given to the author(s), including citation details and a direct link to the original publication in the Caucasian Medical Journal.
  • NC (NonCommercial): The material may be used only for non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage or any attempt to gain financial benefit from the material is prohibited.

Author Rights and Responsibilities

Authors retain the copyright of their manuscript, holding full scientific and ethical responsibility for its content. The authors affirm that the manuscript submitted is original, ethically sound, and free from any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Transfer of Commercial Rights

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, commercial rights are transferred exclusively to the Azerbaijan Gastroenterology and Invasive Endoscopy Society. This includes, but is not limited to, rights to commercial reproduction, distribution, and sales.

Permission Requests

Permission is required to use anything published under the CC BY-NC license for commercial purposes (selling, etc.) to protect the copyright owner and author rights.
